Pinto read, and among them is Weird Corpse!

“Weird Corpse! is, right off the bat, a winning bet! Its concept is very original and never before done in Portugal, consisting of a collective comic, which, with the participation of more than 50 authors, manages to be the [largest] collective comic ever made in Portugal! Which is, of course, a milestone for the project.
And when I talk about collective comics, I'm not referring to a collection of independent short stories... I'm referring to a complete story that then receives the contribution of almost sixty(!) authors who mold it to their style and ideas. In other words, the work results from a chained cooperative production system, in which each participant uses the previous work as inspiration for their creation. Obviously, this makes the story contained here very volatile and "wild"... but I also believe that, for the same reasons, the work manages to function quite well, fulfilling its purposes. Especially since it's also good that we can be surprised while reading.
The project was coordinated by the author Daniel Maia. It took place between 2008 and 2015, and only a few months ago received the well-deserved compilation in book form, through a publication by Arga Warga. I find the idea so cool and so creative that I would like to see more similar initiatives in the future.”

“Cadáver Esquisito é, logo à partida, uma aposta ganha! O seu conceito é muito original e nunca antes feito em Portugal, consistindo numa banda desenhada coletiva, que contando com a participação de mais de 50 autores, consegue ser a [maior] banda desenhada coletiva jamais feita em Portugal! O que é, claro está, um marco para o projeto.
E quando falo em banda desenhada coletiva, não me refiro a apanhado de histórias curtas independentes... refiro-me a uma história completa que recebe, depois, o contributo de quase seis dezenas(!) de autores que a vão moldando ao seu estilo e ideias. Ou seja, a obra resulta de um sistema de produção cooperativa encadeada, em que cada interveniente usa o trabalho anterior como inspiração para a sua criação. É óbvio que isto faz com que a história aqui contida seja muito volátil e "selvagem"... mas também acredito que, pelas mesmas razões, a obra consegue funcionar bastante bem, cumprindo os seus propósitos. Até porque também é bom podermos ser surpreendidos enquanto lemos.
