Following
the social network challenge of sharing favourite comics covers, I'm
showcasing my own illustrated
covers
that were published throughout the years. These are from my semi-pro
years, when I started getting paid for my work and being approached
by reputable publishers and clients, such as Comix Magazine #4 (2002)
by Devir Portugal and the Fnac Portugal comics' catalogue (2003),
both with colleague Pedro Potier; for the graphic novel Guilty
(2003), followed by collaborations on fanzine Tertúlia BDzine #82
(2004) and magazine JuveBêDê #33 (2005), plus new self-publications
with my creator-owned character Pão-de-Law (2005) and female
anthology All-Girlz #1 (2006), which I just published, plus co-created the cover artwork, with figures by colleague Ana Freitas.

seguimento do desafio nas redes sociais de partilhar capas de BD
favoritas, estou a mostrar a capas ilustradas que eu próprio fiz ao longo
dos anos. Estas pertencem aos anos semi-profissionais, quando comecei
a ser pago pelo meu trabalho e abordado por editores e clientes de
relevo, como a revista Comix #4 (2002) pela Devir Portugal e o
catálogo de BD da Fnac Portugal (2003), ambos em parceria com o
colega Pedro Potier; para a novela gráfica (inédita) Guilty (2003),
seguido de colaboração no fanzine Tertúlia BDzine #82 (2004) e
revista JuveBêDê #33 (2005), mais as auto-edições da minha
personagem Pão-de-Law (2005) e antologia feminina All-Girlz #1
(2006), que apenas editei, embora tenha participado na arte da capa,
cujas figuras foram desenhadas pela colega Ana Freitas.
