XXII Troféus Central Comics – Winners / Vencedores

The 22th Trophies Central Comics winners were announced this past satursday at MaiaBD and I was honored with the award for Best Comics Anthology, for April, Carnation Showers – Stories of Freedom. This award is shared with my friends – and formers students – in TágIIde group and colleague Susana Resende, who created the book, plus Montijo City, that supported us by publishing it.
Aside editorial coordination and art direction, I also contributed with one of the short comics therein, which was also nominated in a couple of categories.

My thanks to the readers and voters that brought us this great distinction, and to Central Comics for their initiative! And to all the winners and fellow nominees, my appreciation for their creativity excellence.

O 22º Troféus Central Comics anunciou os vencedores no passado sábado no MaiaBD e fui agraciado com o prémio de Melhor Antologia, para Abril, Cravos Mil – Histórias de Liberdade. Este prémio é partilhado com os meus amigos – e antigos alunos – do grupo TágIIde e com a colega Susana Resende, que criaram o livro, e ainda com a Câmara Municipal do Montijo que nos apoiou com esta publicação.
Para além da coordenação editorial e direção de arte, contribuí também com uma banda desenhada curta, que também foi nomeada em duas categorias.

O meu obrigado aos leitores e votantes que nos trouxeram esta grande distinção, e à Central Comics pela iniciativa! E a todos os vencedores e nomeados, deixo o meu reconhecimento pelas suas criatividades excelentes.
