Festa da Ilustração de Setúbal ‘2023

The municipality of Setúbal recently announced the program for its 9th Setúbal Illustration Festival, also known as Need Me to Draw a Picture? The event will once again take place in the Cultural Center and other spots around the region, including the Museum of Work, in which I will have a exhibition with Pedro Vieira Moura (writer) and Marco Gomes (coartist), coauthors of graphic novel Cthulhu Sadino, published in October, and will remain on display until Nov. 30th.
This book, in which I participate with an artistic cameo, narrates the legend of Tubal, mythical grandson of the biblical Noah and founder of the city of Setúbal, after the events of the Flood, which also explains the origins of the region’s typical dish.

O município de Setúbal anunciou recentemente o programa da 9ª Festa da Ilustração de Setúbal, também conhecida por É Preciso fazer um Desenho? O evento volta a ter núcleo na Casa da Cultura e decorre noutros locais culturais da região, assim como no Museu do Trabalho, no qual terei uma exposição de BD com Pedro Vieira Moura (escritor) e Marco Gomes (co-artista), coautores do álbum Cthulhu Sadino, publicado em Outubro, e que ficará patente no local até 30 de Novembro.
Este livro, em que participo com cameo artístico, narra em banda desenhada a lenda de Tubal, mítico neto do bíblico Noé e suposto fundador da cidade de Setúbal, após os acontecimentos do dilúvio, que também explica o prato típico da região.
