Novo ano, nova aventura – nova oportunidade de acertar o passo. Sem tempo livre, nem sequer para celebrar aniversários, e enquanto não há novidades a divulgar, fica um snapshot de detalhe de um desenho; o primeiro terminado após ficar um ano mais velho ;)

New year, new adventure – another chance to get it right. Having no free time, not even to celebrate one’s anniversary, and without something new to announce, here’s a snapshot of a drawing’s detail; the first one I finished once I got a year older ;)

Comics in 2014

Sem tempo para posts regulares, aceno só que estou vivo –apesar de muito ocupado. Felizmente, tenho um novo parceiro aqui no estúdio que me está a facilitar a vida. Nesta (enorme) mesa/caixa de luz conseguem caber duas pranchas de BD e foi construída com a ajuda do meu pai (obrigado!), para me ajudar a encurtar o tempo de produção. Prevejo um grande número de novas pranchas feitas nela, durante este próximo ano :)

De resto, espero que todos os visitantes tenham tido umas boas festas e entrada no novo ano.

No time for regular posts, but wanted to say I’m still alive --although very busy. Thankfully, I’ve a new pard’ner here at the studio that’s making my life a bit easier. This (huge) light table/box can fit two artboards at a time and was accomplished with my father’s help (obrigado, pai!), and is shortening a great deal of production time. I foresee a great amount of new pages done on it, throughout this year :)

In the meantime, I hope all my visitors have had a great holyday and start in the new year. See you all around here, soon. A good 2014' to all!
